The role is responsible for executing production processes at Takeda's manufacturing facility in Round Lake, Illinois, in strict accordance with cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and all applicable regulations. This role involves hands-on execution of manufacturing activities under the general direction of a Lead Technician and overall direction of a Supervisor. salary: $21 - $22.68 per hour shift: Third work hours: 5 PM - 5:30 AM education: High School Responsibilities Perform visual inspection of IV bag products to identify defects or irregularities in accordance with approved procedures. Support manufacturing operations within Inspection and/or Packaging areas. Operate general production equipment, including black and white inspection stations, pallet jacks, conveyors, etc. Accurately complete production and quality documentation in compliance with GDP/GMP requirements. Clean and sanitize portable equipment, small parts, and production areas in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards. Assist Inspection teams under the direction of Supervisors, Lead Technicians, and Room Leads (MTIII). Move materials and pallets using manual pallet jacks. Maintain a safe, compliant, and quality-focused work environment. Perform hands-on manual manufacturing operations in a team-based setting. Communicate safety, quality, compliance, or equipment issues promptly to Lead Technicians and Supervisors.
