Position: Staffing Coordinator III (Seasoned Recruiter) Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania 18101 (hybrid) Duration: 6 months Job ID: 174139 Job Overview: The Staffing Coordinator III (Seasoned Recruiter) will play a pivotal role in managing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter or staffing coordinator, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
