Senior Plant Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Senior Plant Manager for a food manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN area! Responsibilities: Provide full oversight of plant operations and all related responsibilities. Drive continuous improvement in product quality, operational efficiency, and food safety. Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety, QA, SQF, and OSHA standards. Lead cross-functional coordination with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales to meet customer requirements. Serve as the primary operational contact for significant USDA and FDA matters. Align Production, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to achieve overall plant objectives. Build, develop, and sustain a qualified management team to support plant operations. Maintain and enforce finished product specifications. Track, report, and achieve performance targets established by key KPIs. Assume Director of Operations responsibilities when required. Enforce all GMP and PPE policies in accordance with company standards. Enforce all company safety rules and regulatory requirements. Carry out and enforce any additional duties assigned by the President. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 10+ years experience in senior management Previous largescale foodservice experience required Previous experience managing a P&L required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred #JDP
