Qualifications Required Doctorate degree 2+ years of experience in ALL of the following: Geriatric Care Physician (5+ years) ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications: Medical Doctor (MD) in California (CA) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in California (CA) Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Board Certified (Family Med or Internal Med) Have you spoken to a relode recruiter via phone regarding this position? (yes) Preferred 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Home Health Complex Care Internal Medicine Palliative Care Bilingual in Spanish? (yes) Prior experience as a Medical Director? (yes) Key Responsibilities • Ensure high-quality, cost-effective care for PACE program participants • Provide medical care including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate healthcare staff • Oversee Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement Program • Monitor utilization management trends and develop interventions for optimum health of participants • Develop collaborative relationships with community physicians and providers Schedule and Shift Details • 40 hours per week, ability to be 100% physically present at the clinic, in the community, or in our participants' homes as needed. M-F, 8a-5p, on-call possible
