Internal Medicine Physician (Clinic Based)

Join the team as an Internal Medicine Physician and be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care and preventative health strategies. As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in coordinating treatment for patients with various diseases, specializing in endocrinology, rheumatology, infectious diseases, neurology, and other sub-specialties. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, surgeons, specialists, pathologists, and pharmacists, to provide expert disease management and prevention strategies for adult patients aged 18 and older. Expertise in diagnoses, assessment, intervention, and patient care management for all ages, with a focus on adult patients. Proficiency in performing and interpreting diagnostic measures. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Proficiency in HCC coding, CMS STARS measure, and HEDIS measure. Requirements • Current California Medical license or ability to obtain • Graduate from an accredited Medical School • Graduate from an accredited Internal Medicine Residency program • BE/BC from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
