Posting Details Posting Details Job Title Major Campus Programming Student Specialist Requisition Number DU14239 Department Name 1B430:Student Organizations and Activities Work Location Lexington, KY Salary Range $12.00/hour Type of Position Student Position Time Status Part-Time Required Education Currently enrolled at UK as an Undergrad Required Related Experience Experience in Social media management, video content, graphic design Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs, sitting for long period of time Shift varying schedules Job Summary The MCP Student Specialist, at the guidance of the Major Campus Programming Coordinator, Senior Specialist, and/or Associate Director, will develop and execute creative, engaging, and data-driven content across SOA's social media platforms (@ukgetinvolved). This will primarily look like video content such as reels, shorts, and other short-form video content; however, it may also include graphic design content or other digital creations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies that will grow our brand, help drive engagement, and support various holistic promotional strategies. The MCP Student Specialist will also manage a social media calendar, collaborate with SOA staff members, and provide annual reports of basic social media analytics.
