Mitigation manager is responsible for all production, they also ensure all work is completed to scope and exceed customer expectations. In addition, the Mitigation Manager manages multiple crews, vehicles, and inventory management. They will work closely with the Owner, Office Manager, Estimators and Director of Business Development.Primary Responsibilities:Generate and close leads to ensure all production calendars are full and sales goals are metSchedule and manage the production work of multiple crews.Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completionCoordinate directly with the customers and handle all necessary communication regarding projectsCommunicate with key stakeholders in the projects, including insurance adjusters, real estate agents, industrial hygienists and othersProcure labor, equipment, and supplies for projectsManage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, scope sheets, contracts, etc.)Assists in ensuring all safety measures are enforced on job siteBe a positive contributor to the company cultureQualifications:Must be a self-starter, taking the initiative to help grow the companyIICRC CertificationsAt least five years experience in a management role in a mitigation companyWorking knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is strongly recommendedExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication and relational skills with customers and co-workersAble to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environmentProficient using computers and software programs in day-to-day activitiesExhibit a professional, neat appearanceAbility to lift 75 lbsValid driver’s license with satisfactory driving recordSuccessfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug testBenefits:BonusVehicle401K 3% MatchingTraining programsFamily First CulturePTOThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
