Working alongside Superintendents and Project Managers, the intern gains direct exposure to field operations, scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, and the full construction lifecycle-from land development to home turnover. What You Will DoAssist with daily job-site walks, documenting progress, safety conditions, and quality compliance. Support the Superintendent in coordinating trade partners and maintaining schedule alignment. Participate in planning meetings and support communication across site leadership. Update construction schedules, track milestones, and support workflow reporting. Maintain deliveries, checklists, and punch lists. Collect field data and organize documentation for inspections and turnover. Support QA/QC processes throughout vertical and finish phases. Monitor safety compliance and participate in safety checks. Rotate development, vertical build, finishes, and turnover phases for full lifecycle exposure. Shadow construction leadership and participate in Q&A sessions with senior team members. Occasional travel may be necessary as needed Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation Ideally, You'll HavePursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field. OSHA 10 certified Strong communication and organizational skills. Interest in hands-on field work and problem solving. Ability to work in outdoor jobsite environments daily. You'll crush it if you have experience with Prior construction or field experience (internship, trade work, coursework). Familiarity with BuildPro or builder software. Ability to read construction documents (plans, specifications, schedules).
