Treasury Management Specialist - Madison

The QTI Group is partnering with Bank CMG to hire a Treasury Management Specialist for the Madison market. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will play a key role in providing innovative treasury solutions to Bank CMG's commercial clients. Location: Home base will be the Madison, Wisconsin, branch.Responsibilities include:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, delivering top-tier treasury product marketing and technical expertise. Onboard business clients and ensure seamless implementation of treasury management products and services. Support clients with opening business accounts, account inquiries, online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and other treasury tools. Collaborate with bankers and internal teams to design and present commercial banking solutions. Create proposals and respond to RFPs to win new business. Drive business development through proactive prospecting and cross-selling treasury products, including active involvement in the local community in partnership with bank business development team members. Qualifications:5+ years in banking customer service 2+ years in treasury management preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
