Available Shifts: 1st: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $15 - $16 /hr. Work Environment: Bright, clean, and climate-controlled office environment. Job Description: Respond to customer's inquires and/or complaints regarding the company's products and/or services. Respond to calls on a daily basis, incoming and/or returning. Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies. Inform customers of procedures and resolutions of problems. Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate account of incoming telephone calls. Process credit card, check and in-warranty orders over the phone. Investigate and respond to customer order/billing inquires and process credits if necessary. Track packages/shipments through carrier. Take initiative and solve customer issues.
