What You’ll Do: As a Production Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of daily operations on the production floor—ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time, safely, and with the highest quality. But most importantly, you’ll get to know your team members, understand their strengths, and help support their growth and success. You’ll clearly communicate schedules and expectations, monitor progress throughout the shift, and coordinate staffing and workflow transitions to keep production running smoothly. You will also handle key responsibilities such as timekeeping, attendance, and performance evaluations, while actively participating in planning meetings and improvement initiatives. Above all, you’ll create a positive, productive, and safety-focused environment where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work. Schedule: The standard daylight schedule is a crew rotation of four days per week, 7AM – 5PM and you’ll enjoy a three-day weekend every other week! The standard night shift schedule is 9PM - 7AM, four consecutive days each the week. Enjoy every weekend off and every other weekend is a four-day weekend!
