About the Position: We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with pediatric experience to join our team in Hornell, NY. Clinic Schedule : Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work alongside two other APPs in a collaborative environment - 36 - 40 hour work week Responsibilities: Work closely with an MD/DO to lead the care team in medical decision-making Conduct history & physical exams (HPI) Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Prescribe medications following New York State guidelines Perform minor surgical procedures Provide patient education and referrals for specialized care as needed Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary Tuition Reimbursement & Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF Eligible!)
