Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist!Job Description:- Exciting opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist in Stockton, CA!- Join a team recognized as Private Practice of the Year by APTA.- Make a meaningful impact on patients’ mobility, function, and strength.Essential Functions:- Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in your practicing state.- Maintain and advance your PT skills and certifications.- Evaluate and treat patients using innovative rehabilitation techniques.- Document patient evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries using Electronic Medical Records.- Guide and monitor patient care throughout their treatment journey.- Supervise and mentor PT Assistants and Aides in patient care.- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Communicate effectively with coworkers and other offices via phone, fax, and email.- Maintain meticulous patient chart documentation and follow up on prescriptions and test results.- Provide comfort and information to patients as needed.- Coordinate closely with front office staff for scheduling and follow-up tasks.- Utilize computer skills for documentation, communication, and patient management.- Make informed, independent decisions regarding patient care.- Participate in marketing and referral processes to grow our practice.- Adhere to HIPAA policies to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.- Familiarize yourself with PT billing processes for various payment types.- Demonstrate proficiency in DX and ICD-10 coding for billing services.- Maintain physical mobility, including sitting, standing, and walking for 8-10 hour shifts.- Lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility and transfers as needed.Supervisory Responsibility:- Lead and supervise PT Assistants and Aides in providing exceptional patient care.Work Environment:- Thrive in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation clinic.Physical Demands:- Engage in walking, sitting, and lifting throughout your shift.- Be prepared for tasks that involve lifting over 50 pounds and supporting patient safety.Required Education and Experience:- Degree in Physical Therapy.Preferred Education and Experience:- Continuing education courses to enhance your skills.Additional Eligibility Qualifications:- Active PT license or intent to test for licensure in your practicing state.Shift Information:- Days.Minimum Years of Experience:- 1 year.Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
