Job Description Wax Assembly Technician - Manufacturing Industry ? Location: Wickliffe, OH ? Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (+$2.10 shift premium) ? Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM About the Role: A leading manufacturer of airfoil castings is seeking Wax Assembly Technicians for its growing team. This position involves detailed, hands-on work with hot, moldable wax to create precise wax patterns used in the aerospace and gas turbine engine industries. What You'll Do: Use hot irons and hand tools to build wax patterns that resemble a "Christmas tree" structure Attach wax components to a central sprue, smoothing edges for accuracy Work with detailed instructions in a highly precise environment Maintain accurate production records in the ERP system Perform tasks in a hot, dry environment with wax odors What We're Looking For: 12+ months of stable manufacturing experience in detailed, small-part assembly Ability to fill out paperwork legibly and enter data into a system Comfortable working with hot wax materials in a hands-on setting Not colorblind (color recognition is essential) Able to work up to 12-hour shifts if required US Citizen (must provide a birth certificate or passport and high school diploma on the first day - no exceptions) Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime Perks & Benefits: Contract-to-hire opportunity (90 days to permanent employment) Overtime available for extra earnings Work uniforms provided upon permanent hire Full benefits package after conversion, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision (no premium increases in 8+ years) 401(k) with two plan options Quarterly cash bonus for all employees 10 paid holidays and vacation time Dress Code & Work Environment: ?
