We have an opportunity for an OB/GYN Laborist at our Lincoln Ave Medical Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA! Who we are looking for: An experienced OB/GYN Laborist who is passionate about community health and hospital-based obstetric care, dedicated to serving diverse patients. A healthcare professional committed to delivering exceptional care to underserved patient populations. What You'll Do: As an OB/GYN Laborist at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, you'll care for unassigned inpatient OB and GYN patients, provide triage and OB ED services, and offer hospital-based GYN consults. You'll support Labor & Delivery by interpreting fetal monitoring, performing key obstetric procedures, monitoring laboring patients, and performing vaginal delivers ( including VBAC & C-Sections). The role includes overseeing trainees and mid-level clinicians, assisting in surgeries, serving as an MFM extender, participating on the OB Rapid Response Team, and contributing to patient-safety and quality initiatives. Position Details: Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community. All call shifts will be at MultiCare Memorial Hospital EMR system is EPIC. Call shifts are 24-hour call shifts, 5p.m to 5.pm Seven 24- hour shifts a month 24/7 access to anesthesia. Access to Level III NICU Position highlights: $313k annual compensation Excess shift rate: $3,726.00 Hiring Bonus of $30k Relocation allowance of $20k.
