Job Title :: Software engineer NodeJS / GraphQL Location: Rhode Island / Phoenix / Remote Skills Required Java NodeJS GraphQL Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior NodeJS / GraphQL Developer with strong backend development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NodeJS, GraphQL, and Java , with strong experience in building APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NodeJS and GraphQL. Build scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices. Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product. Follow best practices for security, scalability, and reliability. Required Skills 8+ years of overall software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS and GraphQL . Solid programming experience in Java . Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Strong understanding of microservices architecture. Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
