The Patient Support Volunteer serves as an additional support to patients and families dealing with a terminal illness and end-of-life issues. Volunteers are needed to visit patients in their home or home-like setting and have a chat, share a snack, do a craft, play a game, read, play or sing music or do light housekeeping and cooking. Volunteers are a crucial part of hospice and bring so much joy to our patients and their loved ones.
