Key Responsibilities Support clinical trial and clinical testing teams by maintaining inventory of supplies, shipping to trial sites and customers, and corresponding regarding clinical sample shipping, receipt, and needsReceive clinical samples and enter data into internal tracking systemShip and receive products, manage logistics of shipping, tracking, etc.Coordinate with vendors and contractorsManage office and lab inventory, including ordering and stocking suppliesCoordinate maintenance and testing of facility infrastructureCoordinate emergency evacuation proceduresAnswer and route phone calls; take and deliver messages; perform first level customer support using FAQsAccept, sort, and scan mailGreet and register visitorsSupport planning and execution of work events as neededSupport Cofactor team with other administrative duties as needed Requirements & Competencies 1-3 years experience in an administrative roleExperience working in a team environmentWillingness to drive short distances to support company needsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to organize inventory needsFamiliar with Mac operating system and Google platforms preferredStrong computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn new software programs efficientlyEmotionally intelligent and able to adapt to all situations with a positive and friendly attitudeAbility to lift up to 25 poundsExperience in a laboratory or medical environment preferred Benefits Cutting edge technology and the tools you need to be successfulEquity options401k program with employer contributionPaid medical, dental, vision insurance, and HSA optionPaid life insuranceGenerous and flexible paid time offModern work environment with snacks and drinksTeam social events and outingsSupportive work environment and opportunities to advance your skills
