Salary and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $94,000 Health Insurance – Employer covers 75% Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off – 19 days in year one 8 paid holidays Mileage Reimbursement - $0.50 per mile Cellphone Allowance - $45 per month Employee Appreciation - $75 per month (Housekeeping, gym membership, car detailing, therapeutic massage, manicure/pedicure) Marketplace Chaplains available for employees Loyalty Bonuses Short Term Disability Available Life Insurance Retirement Package – 401k with 5% match Full support staff Responsibilities Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) Hospice care Home visits Managing a case load of 10-14 patients per week Servicing the Suwannee/Gwinnett County area.
