In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include operating power tools, excavation, heavy lifting, outdoor activities, job site organization, and other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of outdoor construction.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for skilled, reliable laborers with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn the unique construction process for building swimming pools.Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installationUse construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasksTransport materials and equipment from one location to anotherSafely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand toolsConstruct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffoldingOther manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisorFollow all safety regulationsMaintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous productsQualificationsRecent experience in swimming pool construction, plumbing, electrical, masonry and other related outdoor constructionComplete prescreen and assessment questions to be considered for employmentAdditional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessaryAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periodsKnowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferredPrompt and punctual attendance to the shop is requiredStrong attention to detailStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsMust have a valid driver’s license in good standing with no serious traffic violationsAbility to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
