Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist Location: Drexel Hill, Delaware County, PA (Full-Time) Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary In this outpatient Physical Therapist role, you will deliver skilled treatment designed to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. You will create clear plans of care, support patients through progressive rehab, and maintain documentation that meets clinical and payer expectations. Responsibilities Evaluate patients, identify limitations, and set functional goals Develop individualized plans of care and treatment timelines Administer therapeutic exercise, mobility work, and functional training Educate patients on home routines and safe activity progression Track progress, update goals, and coordinate plan changes as needed Document visits accurately and on time Support a positive clinic flow through teamwork and communication Requirements Accredited DPT program completion Active PA Physical Therapist license CPR/BLS certification (current or able to obtain) Outpatient ortho experience is a plus, open to strong new grads Solid time management and clear communication Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If a consistent schedule and meaningful clinical work sounds like your lane, send your resume and let’s connect.
