Occupational Therapist Location: Colorado Springs, CO Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year Summary This role is suited for an Occupational Therapist who values structured care, practical goal-setting, and consistent follow-through. You will evaluate patient needs, deliver hands-on interventions, and support measurable functional improvement through evidence-based treatment. Responsibilities Evaluate functional ability and identify limitations impacting daily activities Design treatment plans and adjust based on patient response and outcomes Provide OT interventions to support self-care, fine motor skills, UE strength, and mobility Develop home programs and teach patients how to continue progress between visits Educate families/caregivers on safe support strategies and carryover Work closely with the team to coordinate care and improve patient flow Requirements OT degree from an accredited school (Master’s or Doctorate) Active Colorado OT license (required) NBCOT certification (required) Strong clinical reasoning and ability to explain goals in simple language Experience with EMR documentation preferred Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Ready to put your OT skills into a steady weekday role?
