Atrius Health, a physician-led healthcare leader based in Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for Adult Primary Care Physicians to serve our Congress Street practice in Quincy, MA with a future move to Weymouth in September 2026. You'll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population. We have an excellent Adult Primary Care opportunity for a full time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our culturally diverse IM/FM Quincy Congress Street practice. Our preferred hospital partners include Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and South Shore Hospital. In the summer of 2026, our Congress St. practice will be relocating to Weymouth. Our new state-of-the-art office will also offer patient access to on-site services in gastroenterology, cardiology, pulmonology, sleep medicine, as well as on-site laboratory and radiology services. Opportunity Highlights: Full or part time with flexible schedules and minimal call responsibility Practice comprised of 9 adult primary care providers with 1:1 MA support Population health management resources for panel support RN pool for triage and script refill support Position highlights: The leveraging of technology to support physicians to minimize in-basket management work, automated Rx renewals, normal lab result notification, e-consults, DAX Copilot and more Close collaboration between primary care and specialists Expertise in clinical informatics and predictive analytics embedded in a fully integrated EMR (Epic) Minimal (second) call with Telecom services for nights and weekends Opportunities for medical student teaching with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and/or Tufts University School of Medicine; as well as precepting a BIDMC or BWH resident in the ambulatory setting Competitive salary & benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance, malpractice coverage, 401(k) match, disability, CME reimbursement, generous PTO PSLF eligible Qualifications: BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a growing patient population.
