Job Title SAP S/4HANA Functional Specialist â¿ FICO (Implementation Migration) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Specialist with strong end to end implementation and migration experience. The role involves leading and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) transformations, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations, greenfield and brownfield implementations, and post go live support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure successful delivery of finance solutions aligned with business needs. • 8+ years of SAP FICO functional experience. • Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. • Proven experience in at least 1â¿2 full S/4HANA implementations or migrations. • Strong knowledge of: o Universal Journal (ACDOCA) o New Asset Accounting o Material Ledger o Account based COPA • Strong configuration experience in FI and CO modules. • Experience with SAP Activate methodology. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred / Good to Have • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification. • Experience with Central Finance or Group Reporting. • Knowledge of Fiori apps and embedded analytics. • Exposure to SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC / Fiori Migration Tool). • Experience working in global or multi country rollouts. • Basic understanding of ABAP debugging or technical concepts.
