Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oakland, CA Employment Type: Full-Time (W2) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually Benefits: Full benefits package Position Summary We are adding an LCSW to our integrated care team to provide brief therapy and support care coordination for adult patients. This role offers a strong balance of clinical work, collaboration, and practical patient impact. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based brief interventions Screen for trauma and substance use concerns and coordinate next steps Partner with primary care providers on treatment planning and follow-up Provide referrals to specialty care and community resources Complete documentation in the EMR within required timeframes Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings Requirements MSW from an accredited program Active CA LCSW license (ASW accepted; supervision provided) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Familiarity with DSM-5 and evidence-based practice Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency Preferred Qualifications Community health experience Trauma-informed care training Spanish fluency is a plus How to Apply
