Network Engineer IV

Routing and Switching: Experience with Cisco Nexus or Arista. Load Balancing: Familiarity with F5 or A10. Firewalls: Knowledge of Juniper or Palo Alto, and a solid understanding of firewall technology. Python: Ability to run, fix, and edit existing scripts (no new automation required). BGP: Understanding of Border Gateway Protocol. Formal Job Description: Responsible for data center engineering by working on architecture, design, automation, operational enhancements, and quality assurance testing. Senior level load balancing resource with a background in programming and automation (preferably Python programming experience). Additional knowledge and expertise in support of data center Spine-leaf network infrastructure utilizing a multi-vendor strategy to meet operational demands. Plan, design, and evaluate new datacenter platforms and technologies in a data center lab environment. Utilize architecture and design to enhance network deployments. Update network tools and platforms, including monitoring systems, inventory systems, and reporting tools. Collaborate with partners to drive platform features and functions. Understanding of routing protocols including Border Gateway Protocol, Multicast Protocol., VXLAN, EVPN, and IPv6.
