Cabinet & Trim Installer Location: Ladson, SC | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $22-$25/hour Are you a detail-oriented, experienced installer with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship? We're Low Country Case and Millwork-one of South Carolina's fastest-growing commercial cabinetry firms-and we're looking to add a professional, growth-oriented interior carpenter to our team. As a Cabinet & Trim Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering precise, top-quality installations across a range of commercial job sites. Work Schedule & Benefits Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM) (Optional Friday overtime based on workload) Benefits Package Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Telehealth & Life Insurance 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Paid Time Off & Vacation Ongoing Professional & Personal Development Workshops Key Responsibilities Installation & Job Execution Install custom cabinetry, trim, millwork, and hardware according to shop drawings and LCCM standards Accurately measure, cut, scribe, and fit materials on site Perform high-quality, detail-driven punch out work including shelf setting, door adjustments, hardware placement, and caulking Maintain responsibility for job quality from start to finish-no rework needed Review shop drawings and ensure complete understanding of job scope Complete Daily Field Logs, including accurate time tracking with cost codes and outstanding items to complete Meet daily and weekly install goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and vehicle Communicate proactively with the Lead Installer and Supervisor regarding project updates, materials, or issues Material Handling & Inventory Verify materials are accurate, complete, and ready for transport and installation Load and unload materials securely and safely Identify shortages or defects and report them immediately Track and manage tools, hardware, and equipment throughout the job Safety & Compliance Use all required PPE and follow company safety policies at all times Participate in ongoing safety trainings and support company safety culture Report any injuries or unsafe conditions immediately Provide CPR/First Aid/AED assistance if certified Quality Control & Team Development Inspect and ensure the accuracy and finish of all completed work Complete and submit punch lists and project closeout documentation Assist in training less experienced installers in proper techniques and quality expectations Experience & Qualification Required: Cabinet/Trim Carpentry experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Valid South Carolina Driver's License Strong basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders, operate power tools, and stand for long periods Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, safety procedures, and installation documents High School Diploma or equivalent Familiarity with institutional and medical-grade casework installation Work Conditions Work is primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure (including weather) Travel to and from job sites in company trucks or vans is required daily How to Apply Click the "Apply" button and submit your application - For submission issues or with any additional questions please email Katy Braun at .
