Hourly Job Coach (PT)

POSITION: Hourly Job Coach (PT) PROGRAM: Supported Employment SITE/BUILDING: Islip Office Center, Oakdale NY and Roanoke House, Riverhead, NY RESPONSIBILITIES: Non-traditional work hours based on consumer needs (typically 5-10 hours/week) Provide on-site job coaching, skills training, and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County, NY (days, evenings, and weekends) Provide work-related social skills training and employer training as needed, and perform job development Completion of time-sensitive documentation as required by funding source Must have strong organization and time management skills Proficiency in writing skills and Microsoft Office START DATE: Ongoing for the 2025-2026 school year SALARY RANGE: $24.03 - $25.51 per hour Studies show that women and members of some groups are more likely to underestimate their qualifications for a position.
