In this pivotal role, you will act as a critical gatekeeper, ensuring that our sophisticated investment offerings-ranging from structured products to alternative investments-are delivered to global clients in full alignment with complex regulatory frameworks and internal firm policies. Located in the heart of Miami's financial district, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision and timely execution are paramount.100% Onsite Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) is strictly required. Advanced degrees (JD, MBA, or MS) are a significant plus. Experience: 4+ years within the financial services industry, specifically within Product, Risk, or Regulatory Compliance functions. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, PRIIPs, AIFMD, and Reg S is highly preferred. Operational Excellence: Proven ability to meet strict daily deadlines and manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing accuracy. Communication: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to explain complex regulatory hurdles to non-technical stakeholders. salary: $38 - $40 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Product Gatekeeping: Conduct rigorous assessments of client eligibility for a diverse suite of investment products, including Alternative Investments, Structured Products, and Syndicate offerings. Regulatory Compliance: Review and validate complex client documentation based on entity type, specific product risk, and jurisdictional requirements. Trade Execution Support: Facilitate the seamless flow of business by ensuring rapid, accurate responses to trade requests while maintaining strict risk controls. Risk Mitigation: Identify potential gaps in documentation or eligibility and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues before trade execution. Stakeholder Communication: Articulate technical, business, and operational concepts clearly to financial advisors, legal teams, and senior management.
