This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation. Education: High School or equivalent Experience & Skills: Previous fast-food experience is preferred Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction Must have good communication skills and good personal grooming habits Can be a current crew member looking for growth opportunities Availability: Open availability is required No special accommodations can be made or guaranteed Crew schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position will be variable initially, thus changing schedule is a requirement of the job. Physical Requirements: Standing up to 8 hours during a shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Requires you to use the following motions: pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Note: This company participates in the E-verify program. This positions is subject to a 90 day introductory period. This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, your performance will be reviewed and a decision made regarding your continued employment or any extended introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.
