Emergency Room RN Location: Albany, GA Compensation: $32.45 - $40.90 per hour (based on experience) Additional Compensation Differentials Available Relocation: Available Shift: Nights Our client is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join their high-volume, fast-paced ER department. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who thrive in acute care settings and are passionate about providing exceptional emergency care across all patient populations. What You'll Be Doing: Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients from pediatric to geriatric populations. Collaborate with ER physicians, mid-level providers, and support staff to deliver high-quality care. Triage patients and manage patient flow through fast track and community clinic referrals. Perform lab draws, start IVs, and assist with ventilator patients held in the ER until admission. Participate in team-based emergency procedures and trauma care. Rotate weekends and holidays (every other). What You'll Need: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC, ASLS or NIHSS, and CPI strongly preferred). Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state). Minimum of 3 years of ER experience preferred; 5+ years in a Level I Trauma setting highly desired.
