ResponsibilitiesSafety ManagerAs a Safety Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building a culture where safety is more than a priority — it’s a core value. You’ll ensure best practices are implemented, compliance standards are met, and every team member goes home safe each day. We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support and elevate the safety culture at a construction site in West Point, PA. This role is ideal for a confident field leader who can engage senior site leadership in formal settings while also building strong relationships with trade partners in the field. The Site Safety Manager plays a critical role in driving a “Zero Harm” culture by leading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective actions that prevent recurrence. Manage and support the site safety program across active projects Lead all incident investigations from response through resolution Drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Support JSA/SPA, permitting, audits, and site safety meetings Qualifications 5+ years of construction safety management experience 4-year degree or equivalent progressive experience Proven experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis Demonstrated people leadership and project management skills Pharma construction experience preferred; commissioning familiarity a plus OSHA 510 required; OSHA 500 strongly recommended Strong history of building trust with owners, project leadership, and labor OverviewHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
