Job DescriptionJob Title: WelderLocation: Delano, MNCompensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30pm-1:00am | Monday-ThursdayJob Type: Temp-to-hireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a leading manufacturer of sunshades, louvers, and decorative grilles located in Delano, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Welder: Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job orders Set up and operate welding equipment (primarily MIG and TIG) Weld and assemble parts to precise specifications Inspect welds for quality and structural soundness Grind and finish welds as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality standards What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of welding experience preferred (MIG and/or TIG) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Familiarity with metal fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Welding certification is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
