We provide high-quality, patient-centered treatment in a supportive and clinician-focused environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed outpatient therapist to provide services to adults, children/adolescents, or both, based on your training and preference. Clinicians may focus on psychiatric (mental health) therapy, substance use treatment, or an integrated combination of both. Caseloads are built to align with your clinical expertise and professional interests.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapyOffer psychiatric/mental health therapy, substance use treatment, or both, depending on licensure and experienceWork with adults, children/adolescents, or both, as preferredConduct psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planningDevelop treatment plans, discharge plans, and follow-up careProvide crisis intervention and emergency services as neededCollect and evaluate clinical data to guide treatment and referralsManage a specialized caseload and provide case management servicesCollaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and external agenciesMaintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standardsParticipate in clinical meetings, program development, and policy reviewContribute to trainings, workshops, and professional developmentPerform other related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldCurrent licensure: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalentDegree from an accredited institutionExperience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong clinical counseling and therapeutic skillsKnowledge of psychiatric and/or substance use treatment modelsCrisis intervention and case management experienceFamiliarity with community mental health resourcesAbility to evaluate treatment progress and modify interventionsUnderstanding of ethical, legal, and patient rights standardsEmotional resilience and professionalism in high-acuity situationsStrong assessment, interviewing, and documentation skillsEmployment ConditionsSuccessful completion of a criminal background checkMust maintain licensure and credentialing requirementsWork EnvironmentOutpatient clinical settingMinimal physical demandsSupportive, team-based work environmentThis role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the support of an integrated clinical team—designed to let you practice the way you were trained to.
