Performs care according to the Speech/Language Practice Act and Agency policies and procedures. This is a professional-level exempt position operating independently. Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.Minimum RequirementsHome health or hospice experience preferred. Experience with geriatrics and disabled adults required. COVID-19 vaccination. The only exemptions/accommodations will be for documented medical history or conditions for which COVID immunization is contraindicated or religious/strongly held personal beliefs.Education/Licenses/CertificationsGraduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology required Master's or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology per requirement in Medicare Conditions of Participation 485.15(n).
