The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or MSW works as a member of a multidisciplinary outpatient team to assess clients for risk, mental health, and chemical dependency diagnoses, and treatment readiness while supporting a trauma-informed care environment. With the high prevalence of trauma among individuals receiving mental health services, it is required that the Licensed Clinical Social Worker or MSW understand the effects of trauma on health, coping, and other aspects of the lives of those we serve. Clinicians provide therapeutic mental health and addiction treatment to clients and complete client assessments, often in a community-based setting or virtually. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW) develops or assists in developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. The clinician maintains documentation associated with client contacts, consultation, treatment strategies, tracking for referrals, etc.Preferred Qualifications:A current unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in Oregon is required.
