Our highest demand is after school/evenings, with current hours Tuesday and Wednesday, 3-8 p.m., adjustable for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesDesigning and delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions that promote functional gains and engage each child in the therapy process Partnering with families through education, guidance, and encouragement to support carryover and progress at home Timely documentation Continuously assessing each child's response to intervention, making data-driven adjustments to maximize outcomes Collaborating closely with the care team, both within physical therapy and across disciplines, to coordinate and refine individualized treatment plans.
