Job Summary Our client is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to lead and manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. The role involves overseeing 1st and 2nd shift teams, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical operations, and supporting growth within the team. Key Responsibilities Overseeing a team of 1st and 2nd shift pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Managing a team of about 30, with approximately 8 direct reports and 20 indirect reports. Qualifications Pharmacist Degree. Multiple state licenses (TX + any of the PIC states). 2+ years of 503B experience. 2+ years of leadership experience. More state licenses are preferred.
