UiPath Intelligent Architect

Job Description: The UiPath Intelligent Architect will serve as a strategic technical leader within the automation community, providing architectural direction, governance, and consulting services across IT and business units. This role is responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, ensuring adherence to standards, driving intelligent automation strategies, and aligning automation initiatives with enterprise architecture and strategic roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: Automation Architecture And Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide automation strategy and technical standards. Conduct architectural evaluations, design, and analysis of information and process systems. Review automation code to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices. lign new technologies with customer strategic roadmaps. Evaluate automation opportunities using Six-Sigma principles for continuous improvement. Design and redesign workflows and business processes suitable for automation. Serve as a technical leader within the automation community of practice. Technical Leadership And Governance: Provide technical and automation consulting services to IT and business units. Ensure automation implementation teams deliver robust, scalable solutions. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure compliance with strategic blueprints. Develop and maintain service design procedures and automation governance frameworks. Design and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and automation performance dashboards. Become a trusted advisor and thought leader driving automation adoption across the organization. DevOps, CI/CD And Repository Management: Design and develop Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Utilize GitHub repositories for version control and advanced workflow management. Implement repository best practices and automation lifecycle governance. pply agile and lean development methodologies in automation initiatives. Establish automated testing frameworks and standards. Technology And Integration Expertise: pply knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure capabilities. Leverage API integrations to execute automation actions across systems. Utilize scripting and object-oriented programming for automation development. Work with data serialization formats such as YAML and JSON. Understand cloud provider policies, device-centric management, and enterprise infrastructure standards. Identify use cases for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within automation solutions. Maintain awareness of automation industry trends and emerging technologies. Service Management And Compliance: pply Service Management and ITSM practices to define automation standards and guidelines. Ensure alignment with enterprise service management frameworks. Support compliance, security, and policy management practices within automation solutions. Leadership And Talent Development: Build strong relationships across business and technical teams. Communicate effectively and advocate for automation initiatives. Teach and mentor team members and external stakeholders. Participate in interviewing, candidate evaluation, career path planning, and performance reviews. Understand contracting processes related to automation engagements. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in automation architecture and enterprise solution design. Deep expertise in UiPath and intelligent automation platforms. UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA). UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD). Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub. Experience with APIs, scripting, and object-oriented programming. Knowledge of AI and ML principles and practical automation use cases. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and ITSM practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
