What You’ll Do: Manage and oversee operations on two Express Service lifts Lead and supervise a team of Quick Lane Express Technicians Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery tests, and filter replacements Ensure quality control, efficiency, and proper documentation of all services performed Communicate with service advisors to ensure timely workflow Mentor junior technicians and support their development Assist in maintaining shop cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience as an Express or Quick Lane Technician Leadership experience or a strong desire to lead and coach others Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ASE certification(s) preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Full benefits package: health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and two weeks of vacation Company-paid uniforms and continued training Advancement opportunities within one of the most respected dealership groups in the country About Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha:FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED since 1977 — We treat our employees like family.
