Diesel TechnicianAnderson and Koch FordAnderson and Koch Ford is hiring a motivated and experienced Diesel Technician to join our growing Ford service department. This role is ideal for a technician who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality diesel repair and maintenance work in a positive, team-focused environment.Compensation $60,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, and productivity Job Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, emissions systems, and drivability concerns Perform diesel engine repair, preventative maintenance, and inspections to Ford standards Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Accurately document repairs, inspections, and recommendations in the repair order system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure excellent customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience as a Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic preferred Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment Self-motivated, dependable, and positive attitude Valid driver’s license required Ford diesel certification, ASE certification, or OEM training a plus (not required) Benefits Health insurance Dental coverage 401(k) with profit sharing Paid training and ongoing diesel technician training Supportive team environment with a strong dealership culture Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Why Anderson and Koch Ford?Anderson and Koch Ford is a well-established dealership known for quality service, teamwork, and employee development.
