Position Type: Substitute/Substitute Secretary Date Posted: 1/10/2024 Location: To be determined Substitute Secretary Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: Excellent interpersonal / customer service skills Effective communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with a wide array of constituents including students, parents, faculty/staff, and maintain appropriate confidentiality Strong organizational skills Ability to take direction, exercise appropriate judgment and demonstrate initiative Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail Skill in use of typical office equipment / technology including the ability to file and maintain accurate records Strong skills in computer programs / software / web-based applications including, but not limited to: Google Flexibility and adaptability in multitasking which includes support of Principal and Assistant Principal Ability to accept many tasks are ongoing and take time to finish Management reserves the right to reassign employees of a defined job classification.
