Job Description

The Training Coordinator directs and coordinates all activities of training and professional development for the business. Plans, performs or delegates training activities through knowledgeable employees and outside resources where necessary. Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay based on experience. Scope of Responsibilities: • Works with HR on recruiting, hiring, orientation and onboarding of New Employees. • Develops with Department Managers and maintains criteria ARCH Cutting Tools is looking for within all of the different personnel classifications for each New Employee hired. • Develops and executes a professional development plan consisting of core competencies or requirements and assessment tools for each employee. • Updates and creates employee training documents to include any new processes that may have been developed since their original training. • Updates and trains affected employees on any changes or newly created Work Area Instructions, Standard Procedures, and Process Alerts. • Researches and plans a variety of information (e.g. courses, materials, training consultants, etc.) for the purpose of developing new programs that meet staff training needs. • Works with Supervisors and Managers on training plans for their employees including scheduling time for completion. • Executes corrective action plans that encompasses training needs. • Assist in the purchasing process of consumable tooling based on manufacturing need. Qualifications: • Degree in an Educational or Engineering field preferred or Relative experience maintaining a training system in an advanced manufacturing setting. • Experience with a LMS system is a plus. • Highly Self Motivated. • Good team working skills. • Attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience in Advanced Manufacturing.
