Key responsibilities include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care tasksSupporting implementation of care plans and resident programsCoordinating with nurses and departments to ensure seamless careDocumenting patient information and reporting to supervisorsResponding to patient needs and providing compassionate service Who We’re Looking For Must have an active Colorado CNA licenseCurrent BLS certification (American Heart Association) or active within 6 months of hireHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 years of age or older What We OfferCompetitive pay: $19.50–$30.19/hour (based on experience)Shift differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekendsComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO from day one, extended illness time, retirement plan with match, and morePerks: Payroll deductions for hot springs, gyms, ski passes, pet insurance, access to outdoor recreation, and more!
