Salesforce Business Analyst Duration - 12 months + Location : Santa Clara , CA - Remote work with occasional travel as peer the need Job Summary We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. The role requires extensive business interaction, testing involvement, and coordination across multiple departments, users, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements. Act as a bridge between business users, vendors, and technical teams. Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce functional requirements. Support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. Coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors for project execution. Participate heavily in System Testing, UAT coordination, and end-to-end validation. Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful sign-off. Provide functional documentation, user stories, and process flows. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. Required Skills Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Mandatory). Strong testing and UAT coordination experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with multiple teams, vendors, and departments. Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Good to Have MDF experience (plus, not mandatory). Salesforce certifications are a plus.
