Active RN license in Pennsylvania Prior Home Health RN experience (required) Valid drivers license BLS (ACLS acceptable as well) Comfort with EMR systems Base salary: Approximately $80,000 $10,000 First-Year Success Bonus This position is built for an RN who: Is already comfortable completing independent SOC assessments Can manage 3 admissions per day efficiently Is disciplined with same-day or near same-day documentation Is confident using tablet/mobile EMR systems Self-manages scheduling and time in the field Strong assessment skills and workflow discipline are essential.
