Now Hiring: Rad Tech/CT TechLocation: Chicago Loop and Oak Park (may provide coverage in Naperville at times and train in Naperville) As a Rad Tech, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures in alignment with established clinical protocols and industry standards, ensuring accurate diagnostic results and patient safety What You'll Do as a Rad Tech: Perform sinus CT scans using our in-house equipment (training provided) Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance through audits and quality control Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including physicians, physician assistants, and medical assistants Prepare patients for imaging procedures, clearly explaining steps and ensuring proper positioning Manage medical supply inventory and coordinate ordering as needed Support clinical operations by gathering patient history, rooming patients, setting up exam rooms, and maintaining sterilized instruments Participate in cross-training to develop a well-rounded understanding of clinic functions; support the MA and PSR team as needed What You Bring: Completion of an accredited Radiology or CT Tech program Registered Technologist (RT) with active ARRT certification IL State Rad Tech Licensure Clinical experience preferred Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for detail Proficiency in using computers and electronic medical records Team-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to assist with medical assisting duties when not performing CT scans Valid driver's license required Why Choose ADVENT: 16+ days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidays Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA 401k match & life insurance A culture that values solutions and encourages growth Convenient Monday-Friday schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 8am-4:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-5:30pm, Fridays 8am-12pm This is a full time 32-40 hr/week flex position Explore more at ADVENT Careers Salary Description $35.34 - $43.00 per hour
