Details Maintenance III - Maintenance Technician Maintenance/Facilities Full Time Status Variable Shift Summary This position will be proficient in the areas of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. They would also be an administrator of multiple maintenance systems, such as, Fire Alarm System, Tube System, Primex, TMS Work Order System and others that are included in the maintenance process. This position works under the supervision of the Director and/or Manager and is employed by Mosaic Health System. Duties Maintain maintenance systems used for daily operations. Act as the Liaison for maintenance, caregivers and software companies. Repairs water and waste systems. Performs repairs on HVAC/R equipment. Installs and repairs small and major appliances within hospital complex and area clinics. Repairs, replaces, or installs mechanical equipment including door closures, locks, or other equipment. Contacts are primarily with other Mosaic staff for purpose of work coordination and information sharing. Additional contacts with vendors and manufacturers are the purpose of work coordination and information sharing. Qualifications High School graduate or GED equivalent. Approved Universal EPA CFC license required. Valid driver's license required. Three years of verifiable experience in plumbing, HVAC/R, electrical and building maintenance. Must have experience with computer work order entry experience and Building Management Control Systems.
