Maintenance/Grounds Keeper

Lake Auto Group group is looking to hire a hard working and dependable individual to care for our dealerships! The Maintenance, Grounds Keeper and Custodial crew is responsible for the overall cleanliness of our dealerships, both inside and out, duties will include, but are not limited to: Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Perform routine building cleaning under limited supervisionWindow cleaningDusting, dust-mopping and sweepingMoving and setting up furniture and equipmentPolicing grounds for litterMonitor and order cleaning suppliesMowing and trimming of grass areas and hedgesSnow removal from entrances and sidewalks.Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Should have a minimum of 1 year  of maintenance experienceSatisfactory work record and attendanceHigh School Diploma Valid WI driver’s license Key Competencies Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reachAttention to detailAbility to work well with othersGood communication skillsOrganizational skillsAbility to complete time sensitive projectsProblem-solving skillsStress tolerance
