We are looking to add an experienced sales professional to our team as a vehicle exchange specialist. A dedicated vehicle exchange specialist needs to have the right attitude and skills, including: Prior sales experience. Ability to communicate effectively with both new and existing customers to generate new leads. Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone and/or during the first meeting. Friendly, outgoing, professional, and highly motivated. Committed to customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Excellent understanding of automotive industry and trends Job responsibilities: Research upcoming service appointments to identify best opportunities to purchase used vehicles or assist customers in trading in their vehicle.
